How the licence and company check out
The licence part holds up. The footer names the Alderney Gambling Control Commission, licence 155 C1source [2], the terms name Baytree (Alderney) Limited as the company you deal withsource [4], and the AGCC's own list of eGambling licensees includes kiwistreasure.com under that companysource [5].
The paperwork around it is less tidy. The footer lists Baytree Interactive Ltd of Guernsey first, the About Us page says "operated by Baytree Limited", and the terms add a Kahnawake permit, 00892 — but the Kahnawake permit-holder list does not show this domainsource [6]. The terms apply across sites "powered by the Cityviews Group"source [4], disputes run under Alderney law; regulated by AGCCsource [4], and payments are processed by Digiprocessing Limited in Gibraltarsource [4]. An eCOGRA Safe & Fair certificate is valid to 13 December 2026source [7].
How Trustpilot rates it, and what that number can tell you
On 4 October 2026 the Trustpilot profile for kiwistreasure.com showed a TrustScore of 1.7 from 20 reviewssource [3]. That is a low score on a small base: with a couple of dozen reviews, a handful of new ones can move it a long way in either direction.
I have not summarised what the reviews complain about, because their texts were not analysed for this page. If you want that picture, sort the profile by newest and read the last ten — payout timing and bonus rules are the parts worth comparing with the terms below.
How the terms treat payouts
| Rule | What it says |
|---|---|
| Pending hold | At least 24 hours, none paid at weekends source [8] |
| Card or bank | 3–7 business days after the hold source [9] |
| Minimum | $50 source [10] |
| Maximum | £10,000 per 24 hours source [4] |
| Big wins | If a withdrawal is 5 or more times your total deposits across the group, payouts can drop to €4,000 a week source [4] |
The Help Centre also lists why a withdrawal can be refused, from incomplete verification to irregular play with a bonussource [11]. Times by method, fees and documents are on the Kiwi Treasure withdrawal page.
How the bonus terms compare with the general T&C
This is where the documents disagree most. The Promotion Terms ask 35x on match bonuses, the general T&C "at least 70 times"source [12]. Spin winnings carry 200x in one and 70x in the othersource [12]. Take the welcome bonus and a withdrawal is capped at six times your first depositsource [12]. And because the casino belongs to a group, a welcome bonus already claimed at a sister casino must have been wagered at least 100 times with its deposit before this one countssource [4]. The Kiwi Treasure $1 deposit guide works through what that means for a small first deposit.
How the group behind it shows up
The terms list the group's casinos, and Kiwi's Treasure shares them with names many Kiwis will know: Royal Vegas, Jackpot City, Spin Casino, Lucky Nugget, Platinum Play, Gaming Club, Mummy's Gold and otherssource [4]. In practice that means one set of general terms across those sites and the group bonus rule above.
How safer-play tools work here
The Responsible Gaming page offers daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits, a break of at least 24 hours, self-exclusion for at least 6 months and a 9-question self-assessment, plus a link to filtering softwaresource [13]. Complaints go to complaints@playersupportcenter.comsource [4]. New Zealand is not on the terms' excluded listsource [4]; the free support lines are on our responsible gambling page.
