How to log in on a computer
- Press Login on this site. It opens the casino in a new tab; nothing is typed here.
- On Kiwi's Treasure, press Login at the top rightsource [1]. The sign-in page opens on its own address, auth.kiwistreasure.com.
- Pick one of the 3 options: Log In with Google, Log In with Apple, Email + Passwordsource [2].

How to log in on a phone
Kiwi's Treasure runs in the phone's browser on iPhone and Android, with banking includedsource [5]. I could not record where the Login button sits on a small screen: the site blocked the checking IP, which was not a New Zealand one, before the mobile view was capturedsource [1]. Expect it in the header next to Sign Up, as on desktop, and use the same Google, Apple or email options. How to reset a password or find your username
Under the Login button on the sign-in page there are two links: Forgot Password and Forgot Usernamesource [2]. A password reset sends a link to the email on your account; for a lost username the form asks for that same emailsource [4]. If you signed up with Google or Apple, use the same button again rather than a password.
How to get past the usual login blocks
The Help Centre names four reasons a login failssource [4]:

Two more traps. An account with no login for 6 months counts as inactivesource [6], and the terms allow a €10 monthly fee on itsource [6]. And do not open a second account to get around a lock-out: the rules allow one profile per playersource [3].
Location matters too. Australia is on the terms' list of excluded countriessource [6], and from an excluded country the site answers with "You are unable to access this casino from this Country."source [1].
