How Baytree runs Kiwi's Treasure and which licence covers it
The general terms name Baytree (Alderney) Limited as the operatorsource [8], and the footer of every page shows a licence from the Alderney Gambling Control Commission, number 155 C1, issued on 15 December 2020source [6]. I checked the other end too: the AGCC's own licensee list includes kiwistreasure.com under Baytree (Alderney) Limitedsource [10].
Two loose ends are worth knowing. The terms also mention a Kahnawake permit, 00892, held by Baytree Interactive Ltd, but the Kahnawake permit-holder list does not show this domainsource [11]. And the brand's own About Us page says it launched in 2025source [12], so there is not much history to go on yet. The site carries an eCOGRA Safe & Fair certificate valid from 14 December 2025 to 13 December 2026source [13].
How the welcome offer reads: banner against terms
The banner says "50 SPINS FOR $1"source [6]. That is true as far as it goes, but it is the first of six deposit steps, and the numbers that decide whether you ever see a cashout sit in the terms. Here they are side by side.

The $1,000 on the banner is the total across four deposits, not one: each of deposits 3 to 6 matches up to $250source [7]. The bonus terms ask for 35x on the match money, while the general T&C say "at least 70 times"source [1]. Spin winnings carry 200x in the bonus termssource [1]. What trips people up most is clause 12: take the welcome bonus and a withdrawal is capped at six times your first depositsource [1]. How you pay in and cash out from New Zealand
The Payment Methods page lists 7 ways to deposit and only 2 to withdrawsource [5]. In practice that means you should pick your deposit method with the way out in mind: Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, paysafecard and Skrill 1-Tap are deposit-only on that table, and the Help Centre says plainly that Mastercard cannot be used for withdrawalssource [5].

Pages disagree on the edges. The Mobile Casino page also names MiFinity, ecoPayz, Neosurf and POLi, which the payment table does not; treat those as unconfirmed until your own cashier shows them. The FAQ says there are no banking fees, but the Withdrawal Policy charges NZ$5 on bank-transfer withdrawals under NZ$500source [4]. Plan on two waits. First, every request stays pending for at least 24 hours, and nothing is processed over the weekendsource [4].
